Yes. Every reminder email includes an unsubscribe link. You can stop anytime. Calendar events are on your device — delete them there if you no longer want them.

Do you sell my email address?

No. We never sell your email. We only use it to send the reminders you opted into. Calendar downloads stay on your device.

What dates can I set reminders for?

Birthday, gotcha day (adoption anniversary), memorial day, vaccine due date, or annual checkup. You enter month and day; it repeats each year.
